Why not add a Bronze, Silver or Gold standard to your personal development plan, or be proud that your retirement gave you chance to gain a medal and maybe your 1st chance to enter a competition. 

Give it a go! It will be the most aspiring thing you will have done since walking through the doors of your first dance class.
